Many of our products are 'pre-order' and are therefore made to order. The amount of time it takes to produce these can be variable depending on the product of choice. However, as soon as it reaches our fulfilment centre, we aim to have it sent to you within ? working days.

We try our absolute best to get your products to you in 1 piece, but occasionally damages occur in transit. Please take photos of the item in the state received so we can best advise you.
